You must keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may not use the service to store unlawful content, to harass others, or in any way that harms the service or other users.
Care Tracker is a record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for details.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
