When you create an account we store your name and e-mail address. When you use the app, we store the care data you enter (logs, photos, reminders, measurements) plus your language, time zone and theme preferences.
Your data is used only to run the service: showing your timeline and reports, sending the reminders and notifications you set up, and letting you and the caregivers you invite collaborate.
We never sell or rent your data. The people you invite to a care profile can see and edit that profile's data. We rely on a small number of service providers (hosting, e-mail, push notifications) who process data on our behalf.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profiles, photos and logs. Backups are retained for a limited time and purged automatically.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed. Photos are stored on our servers and are only accessible to caregivers you invite.
